"I guess it was mostly intuition that led me to select Black Lion to perform at our Delta Park Stage, during the 44th annual Inman Park Festival.  I hadn’t seen or heard them before, and like the rest of the crowd that afternoon, I was blown away by their unique application of authentic (as far as I could tell) “one-drop” reggae style to popular songs of various genres. I always enjoy finding truly creative and innovative performers, and Black Lion Reggae certainly fulfills that description.  They were personable and professional in manner, and presented an energetic and entertaining set, right on schedule. Thanks to Eric and the rest for a great set."

Steve Ellison, Musical Coordinator, Inman Park Festival, Atlanta, GA

"Had the distinct pleasure to work with Black Lion on July 4th at North Charleston Riverfront Park. I have stage-managed this event for the last four years and the performance by Black Lion Reggae was unforgettable! They are a tight group with great vocals and the rhythm section is right on time. I expect to see big things out of the span in the upcoming years. I really look forward to the next show with them! "

Freddie Ward, Stage Manager, Music Farm, Charleston/Columbia, SC
